The Value of Simplicity
How we calculate this FireHydrant Pro at $25 per responder per month, billed annually, vs All Quiet Pro. FireHydrant Free (up to 10 responders) does not include on-call scheduling, so the comparison starts at Pro. FireHydrant's Signals alert charges and SMS and voice add-ons are not published and are not included, so its real total is higher. US shows USD list prices; EU converts with a live EUR rate. Prices as of October 22, 2026.

How All Quiet compares to FireHydrant
FireHydrant has been part of Freshworks since January 2026 and is planned to become the incident management layer inside Freshservice. It publishes a free tier for up to 10 responders and a Pro plan at $25 per responder per month, billed annually. Signals alerts are charged by the number of alerts you send, and SMS and voice notifications are sold separately. Use the table as a starting point and confirm quotas on their pricing page.

Why our founders believe pricing should be easy to understand

We built All Quiet because we were tired of platforms hiding essential features behind high pricing tiers. Automation and unlimited access to essential on-call features are the future of a healthy incident response process. Incident management should help you solve problems. It shouldn't create more.
Unlimited Status Pages
Customer communication alongside internal response workflows.
Integrations without Restrictions
Integrate your stack without having to look at which pricing tier you're in. Two-Way Integrations are essential for every team size.
Noise-aware routing for All
Group & route alerts effectively to ensure your team only wakes up for what matters. We disagree with AI for the sake of AI.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is FireHydrant still independent after the Freshworks acquisition?
No. Freshworks announced the acquisition of FireHydrant on 15 December 2025 and closed it in January 2026, for $88.7 million. FireHydrant is planned to become the incident management and reliability layer inside Freshservice. FireHydrant's CEO told customers: "Your FireHydrant account, pricing, support, and access stays exactly the same." All Quiet is an independent company, built only for on-call and incident response.
What does FireHydrant actually cost once alerts and SMS are included?
FireHydrant Pro is $25 per responder per month, billed annually; monthly billing is not offered. On top of that, Signals alerting is charged by the number of alerts you send, and SMS and voice notifications are sold separately. Neither rate is published, so ask for a quote that includes both. All Quiet Pro is $9.99 per user per month, billed monthly, with unlimited SMS, voice calls, push notifications and email and no per-alert charge (checked 22 October 2026).
We're an EU company. What should we check before turning on AI features in FireHydrant?
Ask for FireHydrant's data processing agreement and the sub-processors that apply to its EU instance. Its published sub-processor list names OpenAI and Anthropic for AI features, both in the United States, and does not distinguish the EU instance (checked 22 October 2026). AI is switched on per organization, so you can decide before any incident data is shared. All Quiet runs no AI of its own on your incident data. Alert data for EU customers is stored and processed in Frankfurt.
How do I migrate from FireHydrant to All Quiet?
There is no automatic importer, so you rebuild your setup in All Quiet: recreate your schedules and escalation tiers in the web app, or define them as code with the All Quiet Terraform provider on Pro and Enterprise. Then point your monitoring tools at All Quiet's integrations. The 14-day free trial lets you run both side by side before you switch.
From $4.99 per user / month.
