To make notifications as customizable as possible, every team member can select their own setup. Here, we portrayed a solution in which the team member instantly receives push notifications to our native app for any type of incidents. An additional voice call for critical incidents is triggered after 5 minutes if the team member hasn’t acknowledged the incident. Of course, notifications are only triggered when the team member is on-call.
